    Noelle Hammond is an enthusiastic sixteen year old who has performed on stage since the age of 3. It all started with dance recitals, and then at 4 years old, she was the Young Kangaroo in Seussical Jr. Since then, she has performed in over fifty productions, recorded commercial radio spots, been in a Feature Film, and plays the Ukulele, Bass, Acoustic, and Electric Guitar. This triple-threat who studies Ballet, Pointe, Jazz, Tap, Contemporary, Lyrical, and Acro has danced competitively in groups and solos, and has also received numerous awards and honors for her theatrical and dance work.

     

    Favorite theatrical performances include Jo March in Little Women, Cassie in A Chorus Line: Teen Edition, and her National Youth Arts Award-Winning Performances of Lucy in You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, Dorothy in The WIzard of Oz, as well as Kathy Selden in Singin' in the Rain Jr., Katie in School of Rock, Scout in To Kill a Mockingbird, Olive Ostrovsky, Cady Heron, Velma Kelly, Katherine Howard, Peggy Sawyer, Cinderella . In 2018, she performed in the ensemble (and as the Matilda understudy - performed) in the Regional Premiere of Matilda, as Young Miriam in The Prince of Egypt, and as Alexa in the New Works' Staged Reading of Atlantis, all at Tuacahn in Utah. In December of 2019, she performed the role of Small Alison in Quintessence of Dust's Staged Reading of Fun Home in New York City starring Jenn Colella.

     

    She recently received second place in the Cal-Western Musical Theatre Division of NATS and first place in the senior division of the Upscale Singers Scholarship Competition.

    When she is not involved in the arts, Noelle like poetry, playing guitar, spending time with friends, and hanging out with her dogs. She loves Marvel, Friends, Supergirl, Glee, Criminal Minds, true crime, horror movies, and Grey's Anatomy. This honors student also won her school and district spelling bees in 2017, and is involved in NHS and is the president of National Honors Society of Dance Association at her school. Her dream is to one day be on Broadway.
